Check-in for tryouts begins 30 minutes before posted start time. 

USAV Membership Required to participate in tryouts. The Junior Tryouts Membership or Developmental Membership can be upgraded to the Full Membership once chosen for a team. Go to www.psrvb.org to purchase a membership on or after July 1.

Please bring a physical copy of your Signed Junior Volleyball Player Participation & Medical Authorization Form and Signed Student/Parent Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form

NOTE: please do not email the medical authorization and concussion forms - you must bring hard copies - we do not collect digital copies.

Any players who are 18 years old must take the on-line CORE USAV SafeSport course prior to attending tryouts. On-line submission of the USAV-SafeSport parent permission form is required first.

*If you were hoping to tryout for our program but have a scheduling conflict, please contact us at cascadevolleyball@gmail.com. Makeup tryouts will be hosted in November on an as-needed basis.
