Check-in for tryouts begins 30 minutes before posted start time. 

USAV Membership Required to participate in tryouts. The Junior Tryouts Membership can be upgraded to the Full Membership once chosen for a team. Go to www.psrvb.org to purchase a membership on or after July 1. DO NOT purchase them before July 1st as they will not be eligible to upgrade to the full membership for the 2023-24 season.

Please bring a physical copy of your Signed Junior Volleyball Player Participation & Medical Authorization Form and Signed Student/Parent Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form

NOTE: please do not email the medical authorization and concussion forms - you must bring hard copies - we do not collect digital copies.

Any players who are 18 years old must take the on-line CORE USAV SafeSport course prior to attending tryouts. On-line submission of the USAV-SafeSport parent permission form is required first.

*If you were hoping to tryout for our program but have a scheduling conflict, please contact us at cascadevolleyball@gmail.com. Makeup tryouts will be hosted in November on an as-needed basis.
