CONTRACT SIGNING POLICY 2021-2022
Puget Sound Region has established a PSR Letter of Commitment for all players in the region. Players will receive and sign the PSR Letter of Commitment and then be required to return Cascade’s Contract within 24 hours of signing the Letter of Commitment.

Deadline for submitting the PSR Letter of Commitment is 72 hours from time of offer. The deadline for submitting your Cascade contract is 24 hours after signing the PSR Letter of Committment. Your Cascade contract and PSR Letter of Committment will list the time of your offer. If you do not notify us that you are declining the offer and your paperwork is not received by the deadline specified, the offer will become invalid.
USAV-SafeSport Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP): (rev. 8/25/2021)
Cascade Volleyball Club is committed to the safety of all participants and adheres to the required Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP) set forth by USA Volleyball and the Puget Sound Region. Policies include:
- One-on-One interactions. including (Covered Organizations/LAOs are required to establish reasonable procedures to limit one-on-one interactions, as set forth in federal law).
- Meetings and individual training sessions
- Athletic training modalities, massages and rubdowns.
- Locker rooms and changing areas.
- Electronic communications and social media connections.
Parents/Legal Guardians must be available at the end of tryouts to receive the contract/Letter of Commitment. We will ask you to sign a log confirming the contract has been received at or before the time stated. This will help with any confusion regarding the exact time the contract is due.
