REGISTRATION OPENS October 21st for ALL clinics. Please see clinic list below for exact times each registration opens (bottom of this message).
PLEASE NOTE: if you have already purchased a USAV membership with an expiration date of December 31st, 2020 or August 31, 2021 - you will not need to purchase a new one. All other players will need to purchase either a Tryout membership (U12 & Up) expiration date extended to February 28th, 2021 or a Developmental Player membership (U9-U11) expires August 31st, 2021.
This year there is a new 3-step process for USAV memberships. Please visit psrvb.org and read instructions carefully and watch videos provided on the psrvb.org website.
1) Parents create a SportsEngine account if you do not already have one.
2) Purchase the appropriate membership.
3) Screenshot membership card.
IMPORTANT:USAV Upload Instructions for Cascade Registration
Option #1 When you purchase your player’s USAV membership print out the player’s membership card PLUS take a screenshot of the membership card, which will pop up right after you make the payment. You can upload that screenshot when you register for a Cascade clinic.
Option #2 Download a screenshot of your USAV membership from your SportsEngine account: a) login into Sports engine, b) click on Household, c) tap on player's profile picture or initials, d) take a screenshot of membership information - screenshot should show type of membership and expiration date, and e) upload during registration for Cascade clinic.
With the VERY HIGH DEMAND of our clinics and so few spots available per clinic - we are requiring USAV purchase in ADVANCE of registering. For those that have never purchased USAV before, this may be frustating to you if you purchase a membership and then do not get into the clinics. The membership is $15.00 and so please evaluate if this fee is worth it to you. This membership is vaild across all clubs, so if you do not get into a CASCADE clinic, you can go to PSRVB.org and find other clubs that may be offering options.

We are happy to help you create one. Please contact us asap, so you will be ready to register for our clinic when once registration opens. These spots fill quickly and we want to be sure you don't miss registering.
BE CONSIDERATE
Please only sign your player up if they can attend ALL sessions - only exception is an emergency (sick, injury, etc). This last session we had several cancellations and with the demand so high, it is not fair to those trying to get into clinics.
STRICT REFUND POLICY IN EFFECT: Do NOT sign up for more than one clinic - if you do, we will automatically remove the player from the second clinic and provide a refund minus the processing fee. If you make a mistake and sign up for two clinics in order to get into the right one, we will still have to charge the refund fee.
We are operating these clinics at a loss so that we can offer these opportunities so please follow these guidelines and help us be able to continue to offer clinics.
CLINIC INFORMATION
4 week series of one-hour clinics. We have 5 spots available at each time slot/agegroup (first, come, first served). We expect several of the time slots to fill up in a matter a minutes.
MS Clinic focus is on one skill per week: hitting, serving, setting, defense.
MS Club and HS Clinics will be run as an Open Gym.
Cost: $120 for 4 weeks

We will be happy to answer any questions. These will also be included during the registration process.
- An email reminder will be sent one day in advance asking for confirmation that your player is symptom free. Please respond for your player to be eligible to participate. This email confirmation is only for the first day. Coaches will screen players onsite the remaining dates.
- Parents please drop off your players at the WEST entrance. Players may not arrive before 6pm. Please be on time for pick up.
- Please do not accompany your player inside the building.
- Players will have their temperatures taken with a touchless thermometer in the gym. Please wait until your player confirms eligibility.
- All participants, staff, coaches wear face coverings when inside indoor fitness
facilities, even while engaged in exercise. Participants, staff, coaches must wear them at all times,including immediately before, during, and immediately after exercise.
